Thursday's Festivities
Yesterday was another busy day. Isaac played outside with Caelan while, Daisy, the cleaning lady was here. Then, we went to Dulles Airport to pick up his Aunt Anna. We had lunch at an Italian Restaurant. Dinner at home and then we went out for dessert. Today we are going to Great Country Farms and finishing the shower prep.

Virginia or Bust...
Yesterday morning Adam dropped Isaac and me off at Albany International Airport so we could make our trek to Northern Virginia for my sister Anna's baby shower. This is Isaac's second plane trip and he did awesome. He was awake for take off and landing and snoozed while we were in the air. We then had an hour car trip from BWI to NOVA. Isaac finished his morning nap in the car. Once at Grandma and Grandpa Isaac played with his buddy Caelan while Aunt Laura, Grandma and I worked to get ready for the shower. In the evening, we took a field trip to the new Bodek home. Then, we had dinner at the Silver Dinner with the Family, plus Laura's Mike and Sue. Isaac finally had a good nights rest after a hectic week and a very busy day. Today, the troops went to what seemed like every store in Northern Virginia, collecting the final elements for the shower. Isaac cat napped throughout the day and fell asleep for the evening at 7:30pm after playing with Grandpa Craig(including a lullaby sung by Grandpa!!!)

Last evening Adam's Grandmother, my honorary Grandmother and Isaac's Great Grandma...Anne Zima passed away. She was 90 years old. She was healthy, spunky, and active up until a few months ago. Selfishly, we wish she was still with us. The past few weeks she was suffering greatly from all the effects of heart failure, so we take comfort knowing that she is no longer in pain...
We love you Grandma and will miss you greatly...When you meet Grandpa Frank, give him a hug for me and tell him how wonderful little Isaac "Frankie" is!!!

Nice weekend
The Zima clan enjoyed a nice weekend together. Saturday, Adam and I did some yard work while Isaac snoozed in the backyard in his stroller. Adam reseeded some bare spots in the yard and I transplanted some hostas from the backyard to the front yard. Sunday we drove out to Mass. with Adam's parents and sisters to visit with some of the Watnick relatives. Isaac did great on the trip out, was pretty good all day visiting...but by the trip home he had enough of behaving which resulted in stopping three time on what should have been a 2 1/2 hours ride...oh well :-)
P.S. Today is Adam's 29th Birthday!!!

Here is a short clip of Isaac rolling over. He has been consistently rolling from his belly to his back for a while now. Tummy time is almost nonexistent because of his rolling...oh well! It is kinda hard to see in the video, but he is sporting a new robot diaper from his Aunt Laura, it's too cute! Sleeping update...Isaac has been sleeping from 7:30-8pm until 3am. The problem is that I have not been going to bed until 11-11:30pm so I am still only getting 3-4 hours of sleep at a time. Another new activity that Isaac will be partaking soon is solid foods. I just bought rice cereal, with I plan to start him on at 5 months...there should be some good photo ops with that adventure ;-)

Then and now...
Some new pictures
After a long week of both his parents not feeling well...Isaac is starting this week on a better foot :-) Last week I was dealing with a case of mastitis and Adam was on antibotics for a tick he found. One of Isaac's aunts requested some updated pix because we were too under the weather to add any last week. So here are a few.
